Architectural Review Board
Purpose of the Architectural Review Board (ARB):
The ARB reviews the external design, appearance, use, location, landscaping and maintenance of the properties and of improvements thereon in such a manner so as to preserve and enhance values and to maintain a harmonious relationship amongst structures and the natural vegetation and topography.
What to submit to the ARB:

External Change of Paint Colors or Siding
